The Guest Service Associate leads the excitement of the RoadHouse Cinemas experience, from the first impression to the last impression.

You must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Job duties include:

• Multitask with a sense of urgency, while maintaining consistency and accuracy
• Anticipate guest perception/needs
• Cash handling using tablets and point of sale (POS) systems accurately
• Ticket sales and refunds
• Work with website accessibility issues and general website troubleshooting
• Knowledge and communication of RHC movie ticket and food specials
• Create spice work tickets
• Sale of merchandise: gift cards, roadie t-shirts, blankets, and seasonal promotions
• Teamwork
• Prepare and serve concessions items: popcorn, candy, milkshakes, desserts, fountain drinks, and hot beverages
• Product knowledge: product availability, allergy/dietary restrictions and vendor info
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

• Basic math skills
• Barista experience a plus

The Servers lead the excitement of the RoadHouse Cinemas (RHC) experience, from the first impression to the last impression. Servers maintain professionalism in a positive environment, and uphold the quality standard of our products and service to ensure guest satisfaction. You must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Server duties include:

• Full-cycle guest service from greets, check-backs, to closing out guest tabs
• Suggestive selling of company merchandise, food and drinks
• Know and communicate RHC movie ticket and menu specials
• Accurately handle cash, credit and gift card transactions to close out guest tabs
• Use RHC equipment with respect and care (IPads, card readers, venue valet touch screens)
• Use POS (point of sale) systems

• Other duties as assigned

Must have the following qualifications:

• Must obtain Title 4 certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire.
• Previous bussing and server experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Must 19 years of age or older

• Must be able to lift 35 pounds plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Line Cook duties include:

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare ingredients to use for cooking (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering/cooking meat, and preparing sauces).
• Cook food on various surfaces and equipment.
• Report to and follow Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager instructions.
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food. Label and tag leftover food.
• Monitor, stock, and request orders when there are shortages of ingredients.
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, per presentation requirements, and in a timely fashion.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations, along with safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
• Needs to be knowledgeable throughout active productive lines.
• Fill out temperature logs.
• Understand and memorize fryer schematics.
• Maintain food quality and portion control.
• Use time management regarding food orders through constant multi-tasking.
• Read and execute food tickets.
• Manage the Expo as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:

• Ability to work on a brigade-style line.
• Familiarity with cooking techniques and cooking procedures.
• Food Handlers card (as required per location).
